An Update from Small | Herrin Regarding Coronavirus and COVID-19

During these tumultuous times, all of us at Small | Herrin want our clients and partners in the community to know that our law firm is here for you for any services you may need during the current public health emergency.  We are monitoring all developments related to the novel SARS Coronavirus-2 and COVID-19.  We are following all guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Georgia Department of Public Health.  Our primary concern is for the health and well-being of our clients, employees, and partners in the community.

While some of our team members are working remotely, our office remains open.  We have the technological ability to work remotely in a secure and safe environment.  We are still scheduling telephone conferences and meetings (virtually through video conferencing for now).  We are still working on client matters and advising clients during the current crisis.  We are closely following all the legislation coming from Washington to address the current economic situation.

While we hope this crisis will pass quickly, please know all the attorneys at Small | Herrin are ready and able to help advise and provide wise counsel as we all navigate the new “normal.”  We are only a phone call or email away.
