Firm Announcements and Law Updates

Update on the Operations of Small | Herrin

The past six weeks our firm has been working remotely.  Effective Monday May 18, 2020, our offices are open.  We are monitoring the developments related to the novel SARS Coronavirus-2 and COVID-19 and continue to follow all guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Georgia Department of Public Health.

During this time, our primary concern is for the health and well-being of our clients, employees, and partners in the community.  While we are not seeing clients in the office currently, we continue to meet with clients through either telephone or video conferences.  We are continuing to work on client matters and advise clients during the current crisis to serve our clients’ needs.  Our contact information remains the same.

While some of us will periodically be working remotely, most of us will be in the office each day.  We look forward to seeing you all again very soon.
